It comes with sequence tool for chemical reactions. This software utilizes Symyx Draw, bio-molecule drawing features and chemistry engine to render sophisticated formulas. It also allows importing and creating 1 to 3 letter peptides, DNA or RNA structures, crossing bonds and di-sulfide bridges, and even side–chain protecting groups.
